Do I have to be a registered customer to order?

Yes, you have to be a registered customer to purchase a product.

I ordered a file for download. Where can I download it?

Your download link will be available in your customer area after you have successfully completed your order.
SOP templates will be available for download in PDF format. If you require your template in WORD format, please give us a short notice and we will send it to you for free.

What kind of payment options do I have?

We accept prepayment or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Diner's Club).
Please note: If you would like to pay with VISA your credit card has to be verified. Find out more here.

How do I cancel a training?

To cancel an already ordered training you have the following options:
.) Cancellation 30 days prior to the start of the training: No fees will be charged
.) Cancellation 29 - 7 days prior to the start of the training: 50 % of the fees will be charged
.) Cancellation 6 days or less prior to the start of the training: 100 % of the fees will be charged
